John McKeever (born August 28, 1984), often credited mononymously as McKeever, is an American director, writer, producer, and comedian best known for his long-standing collaboration with comedian Shane Gillis.

In January 2026, McKeever and Gillis signed a multi-year overall deal with Netflix to develop new films and series.

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, his early comedic influences were rooted in his experiences working at local lumber yards.

His writing and directing work includes projects for MTV, TruTV, and NBC. He was also a writer for Saturday Night Live during its 2024–2025 season.

He was recognized as a "New Face" at the 2014 Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal.
